1.外贸开发带来的客户不容易，由于疫情，外贸合同无法履行。我该怎么办？

目前，我国的新型冠状病毒感染肺炎。中国的一些企业对货物和物流造成了严重影响，这可能导致无法履行国际贸易合同。为坚决落实党中央、的决策和部署，积极开展新的冠状病毒感染肺炎的联合防治工作，维护企业的合法权益，帮助企业减少损失。国务院批准的根据国务院批准的《中国国际贸易促进委员会章程》的规定，中国国际贸易促进委员会可以出具不可抗力证明

如果受到新的冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情的影响，导致无法按时履行或未能履行国际贸易合同，企业可以向中国共产党促进委员会申请不可抗力的事实证据。

2. 如何通知国外客户延迟交货？外贸开发如何调整？

这两天在陆续回复客户发来的问候，并知会他们相关订单的进展，和大家分享下表达：

1）通知假期延长：

表达：

Affected by a novel coronavirus, our government announced all enterprises will remain closed till February 9.

或：

our government announced it will delay resumption of work to February 9.

Your understanding and support will be highly appreciated.

无需多说，由于中国是世界经济大国，因此，事情一出，各种媒体就争相报道，许多客户也有了主意。过多的解释会导致不必要的焦虑。简而言之，大多数客户都能理解并打招呼。

2）如客户担忧疫情蔓延，表达信心：

表达：

China is determined and capable of winning the battle against the coronavirus. We all take it seriously and follow the government's instructions to contain the spread of the virus. The atmosphere around remains optimistic to some extent. The epidemic will be eventually controlled and killed.

中国有决心也有能力战胜这一流行病。我们都认真对待它并与之合作。我们将根据政府指示控制病毒的传播。在某种程度上，周围的气氛仍然乐观。这种流行病最终会得到控制和消灭。

3）通知已下单客户货期可能会延迟：

表达：

Apparently the coronavirus issue will not be resolved in short period, we are afraid that the schedule of your order may be changed due to the delay of production. We'll keep you updated.

也有急性子的客户不太理解我们，可以补充：

The delayed shipment is not just from us, but from the sub vendors, logistics, and all other related support systems. 

表示延误，是整个市场都如此。

4）如客户2月初有来华计划可委婉劝说迟些再来：

告知复工时间，再说：

To avoid any negative impact, I suggest that you may consider delaying your trip to China. 

为了避免任何负面影响，我建议你要考虑下延迟来华行程。

5）如有客户受海外社媒谣传：

纠正后：

Fake news. Thanks for helping prevent the spread of these rumors if possible. 

假消息！如果可以，也请帮忙阻止这类谣言的传播。

可以补充：

I believe, China's speed, scale and efficiency of response is rarely seen in the world. 

相信中国应对此次疫情的速度，规模和效率在世界上都是很少见的。此话有感于一个客户和我说：Any other countries could not have controlled like China. 满满的民族自豪感。
